You will be asked to check the customization and accept responsibility for spelling and any changes before you check out. With all customization, there is always a chance for errors. All of our items are shipped fully insured. Orders damaged during shipment will either be replaced or you will be offered a refund for the damaged items at the approval of the contracted carrier. If your item is damaged due to shipping, please keep all packaging together for the carrier to inspect through this process.
